Mike Brown

Azalea Home Care is locally owned and operated by Mike Brown.  Mike is a Georgia native and has worked in the healthcare industry for the past 15 years. During that time he worked extensively with the Senior population and Home Healthcare organizations.  He discovered his passion for improving the lives of the elderly and disabled very early in his nursing career and has continued to pursue that passion by founding Azalea Home Care.  He has developed an unprecedented Customer Appreciation Program and has plans to implement similar programs in the future designed to give something back to clients and their family members. 

Mike started his nursing career in Long Term Care working for Beverly Healthcare and National Healthcare (NHC) and experienced first hand the need for personal care services in those environments.  He began his home healthcare career with Staff Builders Home Healthcare as the Staffing Manager and was also a Field Nurse with a concentration in diabetes. 

During the past 10 years his career has focused on Home Healthcare Software development where he played a key role in developing, implementing, training and supporting software to help Home Healthcare organizations manage their daily business activities.  During that time he became the Director of Implementation, Training and Support for a national Home Healthcare company.  

Having been exposed to the management of other Home Healthcare companies as well as working directly with the elderly and disabled has given Mike the knowledge and tools necessary to create a Private Duty Home Care Company that is unique in the industry.  His committment to his clients, their family members and the Senior Community to lower their costs of Personal Care Services is unsurpassed.
