At Azalea Home Care, the quality of our service depends entirely on our caregivers. That is why we hire only the best and that is why we do not employee contractors or 1099 workers. Every caregiver is an employee of Azalea Home Care. All of our Nursing Assistants are certified and have completed a formal training program as well as Azalea Home Care’s own orientation. They are supervised by a care manager who visits each client's homes often to monitor care levels and to ensure that all of their needs are met.

Our caregivers are Certified Nursing Assistants that are fully bonded and insured. They are clean, neat and professional and they treat our clients with the utmost respect and dignity. Each caregiver that we employ has a clear criminal history background check, reference check, and DMV record check and must meet all State requirements prior to being employed.
